With over 30 years of experience as a licensed Orthopedic Physical Therapist, I provide personalized mobile outpatient physical therapy in the comfort of my patients’ homes. I am also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and Oncology Rehabilitation Specialist with advanced expertise in women’s health and pelvic floor rehabilitation, including the treatment of pelvic pain, incontinence, postpartum recovery, and pelvic floor dysfunction.
I specialize in orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, balance and mobility challenges, and chronic conditions. As a second-degree black belt in Kung Fu, I bring a unique understanding of movement, body mechanics, discipline, and functional performance to my approach to rehabilitation.
My evidence-based, hands-on approach combines therapeutic exercise, patient education, and individualized care to reduce pain, restore function, and improve quality of life.

With over 30 years of experience as a licensed Orthopedic Physical Therapist, I provide personalized mobile outpatient physical therapy, delivering expert rehabilitation in the comfort of my patients’ homes. My goal is to help individuals reduce pain, restore mobility, and regain independence through compassionate, evidence-based care.
I specialize in orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, balance disorders, chronic pain, and age-related mobility challenges. As a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), I also help patients safely manage diabetes and other chronic conditions through therapeutic exercise, education, and lifestyle guidance.
My commitment is to provide one-on-one care that helps every patient move better, feel stronger, and live more independently.
